The Art of the Edible Landscape, Fall 2015

cghn_800Is your food garden beautiful?

At the Community Garden at Holy Nativity, we pay a lot of attention to aesthetics — as well as to the functional structure of the garden (soil, water, plant selection, maintenance team).

This autumn I’ll be sharing the lessons I have learned, with “The Art of the Edible Landscape”  at Otis College of Art & Design.

During this 10 session class, we’ll cover design, soil, water, grading, plant selection, seasonality, crop rotation, maintenance, Permaculture concepts, sustainability, and much much more.

10 sessions, 10 Saturday mornings, starting on September 12.  Come and join the fun!

To join this course, You must register through Otis Continuing Education.
